ABOUT US

We are a husband and wife team who met at Leaf Wireless, and discovered a common passion for programming. We started our business in 2007, to combine our expertise and deliver top quality software.

Martin Ernst started programming at the age of 10. However he decided to study Actuarial Science, and completed an honours degree at Wits University. After a brief stint of working in the Actuarial field for Legal and General, he got a job where he could combine his Actuarial knowledge with his love for programming, working for Deloitte and Touche in the UK.

He subsequently came back to South Africa, and got a job with Leaf Wireless where he was the Technical lead for the MTN CallerTunez project, and wanting a further challenge moved to MyBeat where he redesigned their systems and produced a very successful WAP dating site.

Natalie Ernst studied a B.Sc in Computer Science and Psychology through UNISA. She spent the next 6 years working for Leaf Wireless; writing IVR’s, working on the MTN website, and developing SMS applications, as well as integrating to various third party systems. She was instrumental in developing the MTN CallerTunez WAP site, and getting it completed three months ahead of their competitors.

Subsequently she worked at Sasfin and Cyest, where she redeveloped their website, developed an SMS distributer application, and an application to help monitor their call centre, as well as a Sales Target Module for Ster-Kinekor.
