Ergo Mining (Pty) Ltd recently launched a project called the Ekurhuleni Business Development Academy. Aimed at addressing the critical shortage of skills in the country, creating jobs and empowering people, they needed a website to promote their courses and services.
The site shows courses and schedules, broken down into categories and sub-categories. It allows people to book online, including group bookings for courses. It also has an integrated invoicing system and it accepts online payments. The advanced content management system allows them to add news articles and pages with a WYSIWYG editor.
Users can also log in and see what courses they are booked on, and have a calendar view of their course schedule, as well as view and pay their invoices or download them in PDF format.
The administration site gives EBDA full control of their website. They can manage their courses, edit the categories and menu structure through an advanced drag and drop interface, add news articles and pages all through an easy to use interface.
The administration section also provides reports on many aspects of the system, and a payment tracking system.
